As a Tier 1 we were delighted to offer our ultra slim light pack that we had developed and adapted to the new Rolls Royce Phantom. As well as illumination we supply spray plated polycarbonate top lens and marine polished 316 machined stainless steel frame. We utilise our Asian supply chain to produce electronics and injection moulded parts. The machined metal is polished and the unit is fully assembled and tested in our UK facility priory to despatch. Our quality systems offer full traceability down to subcomponent level.

As with many of our tread plates we are requested to produce the non illuminated parts also. The Phantom version is marine polished stainless steel, laser engraved, enamel back filled and assembled at our own facility where we can keep a close eye on detail and quality. We utilise one of our 3 laser machines for this very exclusive part.

As well as engraving the standard Phantom part we also get commissioned to support our customer with personal engraving and gold plating which again require exacting standards
